A security guard works in public places where many people are on the move. Therefore, it is important to be stress-resistant and have high social competence. The work of a security guard differs from that of a guard since the security guard has greater authority to intervene in cases of disturbances. He/she has the right to remove, detain, and arrest. To work as a security guard, a special security guard training and a security guard appointment are required.

Qualifications

We are looking for trained security guards who are safety-conscious, service-oriented, empathetic, and have an inner security and a natural drive to help. You must be a trained security guard with a valid security guard appointment.

In addition to the personal qualities we are looking for and describe in the various assignments, you need to meet basic requirements to qualify for the position:

• high school diploma
• good Swedish in speech and writing
• driving license B
• completed security guard training within the last three years with a passing result

You also need to be unpunished*, drug-free, have an orderly economy, as well as good health and physical fitness to be employed at Avarn Security.
